Position Overview
We are seeking Early Childhood Educators who are:
Passionate about child-centered, inquiry-based learning
Inspired by Reggio Emilia or emergent curriculum approaches
Warm, reflective, and relationship-driven
Collaborative team players who value community and connection

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with teaching teams to design engaging, emergent curriculum
Observe and document children’s learning to inform classroom experiences
Foster children’s curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills
Build strong, responsive relationships with children and families
Create nurturing, inclusive classroom environments
Maintain classroom health, safety, and organization standards
Participate in reflective practice and team collaboration
Uphold school policies and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree with a minimum 6 credits in Early Childhood Education - Required
Experience in early childhood education preferred
Strong understanding of child development principles
Familiarity with Reggio Emilia or play-based learning a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Warm, flexible, and growth-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
$19.25–$25/hour, based on experience
Health insurance (majority employer-paid)
403(b) retirement plan
