Learning & Training Development Intern
Stress Engineering Services Inc., Waller, TX, United States
About the Internship
As a Learning & Development Intern, you’ll gain hands on experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programs that impact teams across the organization. You’ll collaborate with experienced L&D professionals, engineers, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical knowledge into engaging, learner friendly experiences.
This internship is ideal for students interested in training, instructional design, adult learning, or organizational development, and who want practical experience in a fast paced, technically advanced environment.
A Day in the Life
Each day is dynamic, collaborative, and hands on. You may start by checking in with your mentor to align on priorities, then meet with engineers or subject matter experts to gather insights for new learning content. Throughout the day, you’ll support the creation of training materials, assist with LMS reporting, help record or edit training media, and apply instructional design principles to real projects.
You’ll spend meaningful time translating highly technical information into clear, engaging learning materials—and end the day knowing your work directly supports employee growth across the organization.
