Labels and stocks all ingredients
Washes, chops and mixes large amounts of vegetables, meats and other ingredients
Ensures ingredients are fresh and by checking storage temperature at regular intervals
Follows all relevant nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Consistently follows precise recipes
Disposes spoiled food and other waste material
Maintains cleanliness and ensures that the kitchen is compliant with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment
Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Have effective communication skills
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environmentHave a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
