THE POSITION

Location: Maple Grove (55311)

Hours:

Overnights

Tuesday & Fridays 12-hour shifts.

Client Specifics:

28 year old with a g-tube, trach, and vent

Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights

Night & Weekend Bonus Structure

Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The base range for this role is

$25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN

and

$35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
