Hours:
Overnights
Tuesday & Fridays 12-hour shifts.
Client Specifics:
28 year old with a g-tube, trach, and vent
Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights
Night & Weekend Bonus Structure
Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

24/7 support
from our dedicated team, you’ll never feel alone. Pediatric experience is a plus, but if you’ve got heart and a willingness to learn, you’ll fit right in with our warm and welcoming crew!

SALARY RANGE
At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The base range for this role is
$25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN
and
$35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
