Position Overview
This position is responsible for assembly, testing and installation of equipment and machinery produced by Tuttle AAG, LLC.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe working environment for Tuttle employees, subcontractors and client associates
Responsible for taking direction and completing projects and assignments from Operations and Management
Perform all build and install duties as assigned
Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Assist in maintaining all Tuttle shop equipment and tools
Perform job tasks with focus on accuracy and quality and on-time delivery
Assist with various shop projects as needed or assigned
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Additional Requirements
Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about equipment reliability
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Ability to interpret drawings and diagrams related to assembly and builds
Must have a basic knowledge of hand, power tools and basic shop equipment
Must have proven and effective delegation methods and problem-solving skills
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to work occasional weekends and/or holidays
Occasional travel may be required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
