Full-time (30+ hours/week)
1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday | 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM
Job Overview
An autonomous vehicle company is hiring a
Body Shop Service Technician
to help maintain and repair its electric vehicle fleet.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll handle maintenance, light repairs, and body work to keep vehicles safe and road-ready.
What You’ll Do
Inspect and document vehicle damage
Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs
Complete routine maintenance (brakes, tires, fluids, etc.)
Monitor vehicle condition and report issues early
Support towing and emergency vehicle handling
Move vehicles for service, repairs, and cleaning
Keep the shop and fleet clean and organized
Perform body work (panel alignment, bumper repair, cosmetic fixes)
Requirements
Experience with automotive repair and body work
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to identify cosmetic vs. structural damage
Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience with electric or autonomous vehicles
Experience with sanding, priming, or paint touch-ups
Welding or advanced body repair experience
