*Responsibilities*
* Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible
* Conduct initial screenings and update medical, dental history
* Educate patients on conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
* Provide prophylaxis for adults and children, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
* Provide adjunct services as needed such as: Arestin, SDF, Fluoride Varnish
* Educate patients of all ages on proper homecare
* Take digital X-rays and PAN
* Maintain documentation and charts on each patient (Open Dental - VERY intuitive practice management software)
* *Skills*
* Proven experience as Dental Hygienist or recent graduate
* Outstanding communication skills
* A patient and friendly personality
* Attention to detail
* Licensed to practice in Minnesota
