Welch Dentistry is looking for a *Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our team in either a *full-time or part-time* role. We are seeking someone who is confident, kind, clinically strong, and genuinely passionate about providing excellent patient care.
We want a hygienist who enjoys educating patients, building trust, and helping create a positive experience from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to keep the day running smoothly while still making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
*What we’re looking for:*
* Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
* Strong knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient education
* Excellent communication and chairside manner
* Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
* A positive attitude and the ability to make patients feel comfortable
* Someone who can smile through hearing, “I swear I floss all the time”
*Responsibilities include:*
* Performing thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
* Taking diagnostic x-rays
* Charting and assisting with exams
* Educating patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
* Creating a comfortable, positive, and efficient patient experience
* Working closely with doctors and team members to keep the day running smoothly
