Ready Set Grow Therapy is a growing, therapist-owned mobile pediatric occupational therapy private practice serving children and families throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy services in children’s natural environments including in-homes, preschools, daycares, and community settings.
We are currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate caseload available in the Grapevine and surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do
* Perform pediatric OT evaluations, re-evaluations, and ongoing assessments
* Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans
* Provide skilled OT services in natural environments (homes, preschools, daycares)
* Address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing and regulation, executive functioning, ADLs, and daily routines
* Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers
* Complete timely and accurate documentation (daily notes, evaluations, progress reports)
* Coordinate schedules to ensure consistent, high-quality care
* Collaborate with schools and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based pediatric OT practices
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
* Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
* Current CPR certification
* Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
* Pediatric OT experience preferred (home health, early intervention, or school-based settings)
* Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory integration principles
* Compassionate, child-led, family-centered clinical approach
* Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently while collaborating within a supportive team
