What You Need to Get in the Seat
6 months of shipping experience
High school diploma or GED
Experience running stand-up or reach lifts in warehouse aisles
Skilled with tall racks and tight turns
Able to lift (up to) 50 lbs safely and steadily
Focused, safety-first mindset
