Wince Family Dental is looking to add an ambitious and compassionate hygienist to our ever-growing family. We are a well-known, well-established office in McPherson, KS offering a variety of general dentistry services for all ages—check out our 5 star reviews on Google! Our office hosts three doctors, five hygienists, and a full team of assistants—including a designated hygiene assistant! *Schedule:*
Alternating shifts—our office currently operates a split doctor schedule 7am-2pm/10am-5pm, but we are happy to work directly with you to determine what a mutually ideal schedule looks like!
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as Dental Hygienist or similar role
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in this profession (e.g. HIPAA)
* Experience in preparing and maintaining dental equipment
* Outstanding communication skills that promote teamwork for same day dentistry and SRP while advocating for our patients
* A patient and friendly personality
* Attention to detail
* RDH with a valid license to practice in the state of Kansas
