Installer

We have an opening for an experienced service technician or installer, or someone who can do both. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Smith. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and cooling systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting system issues.
Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving issues in HVAC systems.
Proficiency in performing Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance tasks for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Customer Satisfaction skills to provide excellent service and build positive client relationships.
Relevant knowledge of environmental standards and safe handling of refrigerants, or EPA Section 608 Certification preferred
Knowledge and experience with various HVAC systems and equipment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license
1+ years verifiable HVAC experience outside of trade school preferred
Basic tools will be required
Reliable vehicle to get to and from work on time
