What You’ll Do
The Client Service Associate provides a white glove client experience by working directly with clients and coordinating with the service team and advisors. You have strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, and a heart for service. You must be ethical, reliable, and able to handle sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality.
Onboard new client relationships: work directly with clients and advisors to collect data, process new account paperwork, and maintain client records in our CRM system
Perform account maintenance requests: change of beneficiary, address updates, online account access, account re-titles, etc.
Process money movements: journals, wire transfers, ACH transfers, and check requests
Assist clients in a professional and pleasant manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Proficiency with our software preferred: CRM (Salesforce), DocuSign, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, OneNote), and custodial platform (Fidelity)
Comply with and be well-versed in industry rules and regulations and practice policies
What You’ll Bring
Experience collecting information, processing forms, and maintaining accurate data
Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking to clients
Interpersonal and client service skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Eagerness to work in a growing practice and fast-paced environment
Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience
