Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant to join the team at Salt. If you’re passionate about retail, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and love delivering exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity to be part of a vibrant island community.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming shopping experience for guests while supporting store operations and driving sales performance.

Completing daily opening and closing procedures

Supporting operations across other retail outlets as required
What we’re looking for
You’re a motivated retail professional with a passion for customer service and a strong eye for presentation. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and take pride in creating a positive shopping experience for every guest.
To be successful, you’ll need:
Strong background in retail with a passion for the industry
Queensland Open Driver’s Licence
Impeccable personal presentation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently
