Job Description
Elevare Branding is seeking a Customer Service Trainer to support the development and performance of our customer-facing teams. This role focuses on designing and delivering training programs that strengthen communication, problem-solving, and service quality. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured training programs for customer service teams

Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and continuous training for existing staff

Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements when needed

Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance service quality

Create training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures

Collaborate with management to align training with company goals and standards

Maintain accurate records of training sessions and employee progress
