Pay:
$22.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 5:00am -3:30pm Overtime available

Responsibilities
Load and unload parts for powder coating operations
Position parts to ensure quality coating coverage
Perform basic quality inspections
Follow procedures for rejected or questionable materials
Cross‑train and assist in other production areas as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing experience preferred, not required
Powder coating, forklift, or overhead crane experience a plus
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
