PROJECT SCHEDULER (TCE)
Bowhead seeks a Project Scheduler to join our Tactical Communications and Electromagnetic Warfare (TCE) in Stafford, VA. The Project Scheduler will generate, update, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs), identifying resources, critical path items, addressing schedule issues, and synchronizing the IMS with other program IMSs.
Duties
Developing, delivering, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs) for government stakeholders.
Performing detailed schedule analysis, including evaluation of the critical path, assessment of schedule risk, and conformance to the DoD IMS Integrated Master Plan (IMP) Guide.
Developing and delivering IMS Reports including 30-60-90-day outlooks, variance reports, past-due task reports, and schedule milestone snapshots; updating Integrated Master schedules for all systems monthly.
Bachelors degree required.
Ten or more (10+) years of professional experience.
Advanced level skills in Microsoft Project.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Experience supporting government or military environments is highly desired.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.
Security Clearance Requirements
Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
