Job Overview
Kelly® is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Phone Advocate to work at a leading organization in Columbia, SC. This role is centered on delivering exceptional customer support and handling insurance claims.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$18/hour

Shift:

8:30am-5:00pm

Location:

Onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC

Key Responsibilities

Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all telephone inquiries.

Performing research to resolve customer inquiries and documenting all interactions.

Initiating minor or clerical adjustments based on provider requests, or processing adjustments as needed.

Coordinating with other departments to resolve problems and assist with priority inquiries and special projects.

Maintaining accurate records on complaints and customer comments, and recommending changes to management.

Following through on complaints until resolved or escalating as needed.

Assisting with process improvements and maintaining departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.

Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors.

Qualifications

Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance or claim-related environment.

Detail-oriented and able to accurately document and research inquiries.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Available for the first shift and able to commit to temporary assignments.

Proactive in identifying process improvements and reporting issues.
