Online Banking & Cash Management Specialist

EverTrust Bank is looking for a motivated E-Banking Specialist to join their team in California. In this role, you will assist both personal and business customers with digital banking solutions and provide phone support for online banking access issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in MIS or Finance and at least 2 years of experience in banking or financial services. Proficiency in business software and working knowledge of Chinese are preferred. This is a full-time position with a base hourly rate of $22 - $28.
