About The Opportunity
My client is a fast-growing technology – SaaS company, offering enterprise-level smart home platforms that provide software-based solutions for multifamily properties. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing core accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations)
Leading month-end and year-end close processes
Preparing and analyzing financial statements
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and ASC 606 reporting
Enhancing financial systems and internal controls
Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related
3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proficiency in Sage Intacct (Required, Preference) and advanced Excel skills (MUST)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience in PropTech, SaaS, technology environments are a plus
