Your Responsibilities
Our Chinatown Portfolio is growing with the addition of 41 LaGrange Apartments, a 126-unit affordable housing community in Boston, MA. The role of Property Manager includes leasing, accounts payable and receivable, monthly opening and closing process, waitlist management, legal management, annual recertifications, audits, rent collections, inspections, compliance, resident relations, vendor management, and staff supervision.
Your Qualifications
Property management experience is required. Experience with PBV, LIHTC, and MRVP is preferred. COS, CPO, SCHM, or C3P certifications are preferred. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred. MS Office experience is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.
