Key Responsibilities
Operate skid steer and other light equipment safely and efficiently
Perform grading, material movement, and site preparation
Assist with excavation, layout, and setting of headstones
Support crew with manual labor including raking, shoveling, and cleanup
Follow site plans, layout lines, and supervisor directionMaintain awareness of grade tolerances and finish requirements
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
Adhere to all company safety policies and jobsite protocols
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience operating skid steer or similar equipment
Ability to perform both equipment operation and physical labor
Experience with grading and finish work preferred
Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
Ability to follow direction and work effectively within a crew
Preferred Skills
Experience working on cemetery or headstone installation projects
Familiarity with fine grading and precision work
Basic knowledge of site layout and elevations
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Capable of bending, standing, and performing manual labor for extended periods
