Key Requirements
Must reside in Florida
Florida 2-15 or 2-20 insurance license required (must be obtained before start date, preference for already licensed candidates)
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
Manage customer accounts, process policy changes, and handle renewals
Educate clients on insurance products and industry trends
Assist customers with claims and provide ongoing support
Contribute to agency growth by meeting sales goals and quotas
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a related field
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
