LPN – Memory Support Nights (7p–7a)

Ancora Memory Support at Mount Alverna Village, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is a vibrant senior living community in Parma, Ohio. At Ancora, we provide specialized, person‑centered dementia care. This Assisted Living community focuses on the overall well‑being and quality of life for residents, offering maximum comfort, functionality, and safety in a reduced‑stress environment while providing sensory stimulation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the administration, control, and safekeeping of medication and re‑ordering of these medications.
Perform specific clinical skills necessary for the nursing care of the residents.
Participate in the documentation of nursing care.
Assist residents with ADL activities as needed.
Coordinate Resident Care Assistants and other staff in meeting residents’ needs.
Participate in Restorative Nursing and Quality Improvement Programs.
Assist in the orientation of new staff and new residents moving in.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Ohio LPN license
Minimum of 2 years acute care nursing experience and 1 year in assisted living
Must enjoy working with the senior population
