Technical Operator - Ingots (Weekend Dayshift)
| $23.75 per hour | Full-time | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Schedule:
Thursday - Sunday, 6am - 4:30pm
Training:
Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm (approximately 1 month)
Operate automated and semi-automated equipment to produce custom ceramic ingots. Work from process instructions, monitor quality, and collaborate with supervisors and engineers to ensure production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate production equipment
Perform ingot forming, firing, lathing, inspection, and packaging
Inspect products to meet specifications and tolerances
Maintain accurate records and communicate process data
Keep work area clean and report equipment issues
Follow ISO and safety standards
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 55-60 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand for long periods
Comfortable in dusty environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred
Mechanical aptitude and computer skills
Ability to follow technical instructions
Good manual dexterity
