Basic American Supply is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate and efficient order entry and processing

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer concerns

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty

Assist with inventory management and product pricing

Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry

Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
