Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers. We value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude, and ability to assist customers through the ordering process.

Get Paid to Talk!
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, CSRs gain valuable experience assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $16.00.

Great Hours!
CSRs primarily work on weekends and evenings. This is an ideal after‑school, part‑time, summer, or second‑job opportunity with flexible schedules.

Opportunities!
Domino's encourages promotion from within. Many general managers started as drivers or CSRs, and the CSR position can lead to the Management Development Program.

Requirements
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old, possess excellent communication skills, have basic computer experience, and be able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.

Physical Requirements

Standing : Most tasks are performed at a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces range from 36" to 48".

Walking : Short distances and durations, including travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customer locations.

Sitting : Paperwork is completed at a desk or table.

Lifting : Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb, 3′ × 1.5′) are unloaded by hand truck; items stacked up to 72".

Carrying : Items such as large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), pizza dough trays (12 lb each, three at a time), pizzas, and beverages.

Pushing : Trays on dollies (24"‑30", up to 7.5 lb force) and pulling of trays.

Climbing : Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders for maintenance.

Stooping/Bending : Forward bends at the pizza assembly station and front counter; duration 30‑45 seconds repeated during the day.

Crouching/Squatting : Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.

Reaching : Continuously up, down, and forward; above 72" to control ovens or display signs; down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes; forward to obtain toppings and answer phones.

Use of Tools : Pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

Qualifications

Valid U.S. employment authorization.

Friendly and enthusiastic.

Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under high‑paced stress.

Responsive to customer concerns.

Follows Domino’s policies and procedures.

Consistently answers all store calls after the first ring.
