Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Sorting Coordinator to support operations at our distribution center. This role is responsible for performing visual product inspections to ensure items meet defined sorting and quality requirements.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in distribution, manufacturing support, or medical device environments who enjoy hands‑on, detail‑focused work.

Key Responsibilities

Perform visual inspection of products to ensure compliance with sorting specifications

Identify and report nonconforming items based on quality standards

Communicate effectively with sort leads and supervisors

Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions

Support general warehouse and production‑related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Basic math and arithmetic skills

Ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced environment

Reliable attendance and ability to work on‑site

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in distribution, receiving, manufacturing, or production support

Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry

Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision

Physical Requirements

Good visual acuity (corrective lenses acceptable)

Ability to stand and perform repetitive inspection tasks

On‑site role at distribution center (no remote work)
