Position Overview
As part of the talented Warehouse team, you will provide materials support to the manufacturing area. You will fulfill material requirements for production orders from Pick Tickets or requests from workers, and you will expedite shortages and raise material problems to supervisors.

Essential Functions

Determine kitting sequence from orders.

Process pick data in accordance with established procedures.

Gather parts into kits and deliver completed kits to the proper manufacturing area by forklift.

Track shortage items and expedite shortage items to the production area.

Stock supplies to shelves.

Manage workload via daily schedules and assignments with responsibility and accountability for quality and timeliness of completion.

Perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast‑paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (eye, hearing, hand, knee, foot, etc.).

Practice good housekeeping.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Three months of experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).

Ability to operate a forklift.

Ability to utilize wheel cart, manual pallet jack, and rolling step ladder.

Detail‑oriented and organized.

Computer skills necessary.

Positive work attitude, willingness to learn all departmental job functions, and adherence to safety and quality requirements.

Demonstrates and promotes the organizational Employee Values through consistent modeling of respectful, inclusive, and ethical behavior in all interactions.

Working Conditions
Regularly required to work in outdoor conditions, lifting parts and pieces up to 50 lbs., traveling up and down stairs on a constant basis, sitting, squatting, and bending in various awkward positions for certain lengths of time – including working overhead, traveling in and out of work areas, walking and being on your feet for a majority of the workday. Exposed to noise, dust, and fumes daily. Physical exertion is required.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. The actual base pay offered will vary based on job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
