What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and solutions
Provide accurate information while delivering a friendly, professional experience
Resolve issues efficiently using company systems and resources
Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly
Meet individual and team service goals while maintaining quality standards
What We're Looking For
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to stay calm, positive, and professional in a fast‑paced environment
Basic computer skills and comfort navigating multiple systems
Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
