As a Press Assistant 2nd Shift, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the press operations team. What's the Job?
Assist the Press Operator to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
Inspect materials and products for defects, ensuring conformance to specifications.
Support product changeovers and prepare components for the next production run.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment around the machinery.
Support corporate programs such as 5S, ISO, SMED, Preventive Maintenance, Sustainability, and GMP.
What's Needed?
Ability to read, understand, and follow schedules, instructions, and job tickets.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform activities such as lifting, balancing, and moving materials.
Criminal background check via Enhanced Nationwide Search (Database).
