Enovis is a market leader in bracing and supports. Our products and technologies are designed to enhance performance, protection and recovery for the knee, hip, shoulder, back, ankle and more. Our flagship brand, DonJoy, pioneered functional knee bracing and we continue to advance bracing technology and related brands such as Aircast, Procare and Exos.
High-Level Position Summary
We are seeking a talented marketing professional to join a team working with market-leading products in the orthopedic medical device industry. The primary role of this Product Manager is to drive strategic growth and development of one assigned product portfolio within the Bracing platform. The role defines portfolio strategy, represents marketing on the NPD team, and supports development through the stage gate process including business case development, positioning, claims, messaging, branding, and product launch.
Product Managers develop and implement marketing plans for assigned product lines, including creating materials, managing launches, maintaining product lines, promotions and messaging, production planning, and field sales tools. Product Managers are experts in their product lines.
With many new products and programs launching, this is an opportunity to participate in the professional launch process and collaborate with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Product development
Identifies new product opportunities by assessing portfolio gaps, competitive landscape, and capturing VOC
Utilizes market research to inform strategy for product commercialization
Develops business cases and presents to senior leadership
Leads the marketing stream of product development in partnership with PMO & R&D through the new product stage gate launch process
Manages commercialization of newly developed products by leading speed-to-market activities, developing marketing collateral and promotional strategies, and training the sales force
Product line management and strategy
Acts as subject matter expert for the assigned product portfolio
Supports portfolio growth initiatives by providing insights related to VOC and market trends
Collaborates with sales teams to define customers' needs and workflows
Leverages data and competitive insights to understand the customer, competition, market, surgery and clinical trends (e.g., Osteoarthritis, ACL Injury)
Develops and manages relationships with KOLs
Provides monthly product forecasts to operations to support inventory planning
Supports sales with resolving product issues or information in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Assists in annual strategic planning process
Promotions and channel support
Owns the development and execution of a multi-segment marketing strategy
Develops and executes annual marketing plans for the assigned product to meet revenue growth expectations
Utilizes various communication channels to promote, position, and message to all customer stakeholders
Develops marketing collateral, social media content, and advertising campaigns to drive portfolio growth
Develops sales support tools in collaboration with sales operations team
Assesses market and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning
Supports sales training to educate new representatives on the assigned portfolio
Works cross-functionally with other business units to promote a comprehensive continuum of care
Collaborates with 3rd party marketing agencies to develop new messaging strategies and conduct market research
Uses Marketing Excellence (MEX) process to develop customer segmentation, messaging, and tactics
Maintains list pricing and field discount guidelines
Attends and supports industry events
Works on special projects such as researching trends and developing reports
Minimum Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of marketing and/or sales experience in medical device, orthopedics, or related healthcare field
2+ years product marketing experience
Bachelor's degree required
Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time; both domestic and international travel required
Typical work-related travel assignments range 1-3 days with possible overnight stays

Familiarity with managing a product P&L
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
