About the Position
Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point is a five‑star rated facility looking to hire caring and compassionate individuals for the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) role. The position provides on‑the‑job training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). A $2,000 sign‑on bonus is available for full‑time employees who obtain their CNA certificate.

All training for this temporary position will be provided by the company, with opportunities to grow into a Certified Nursing Assistant and beyond. If you are not currently a Florida Board of Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant, we will help with the cost and training to become a CNA while you work and earn.
Responsibilities
Making an Occupied or Unoccupied Bed
Passing Fresh Ice Water
Passing Meal Trays/Open cartons & packets
Checking Resident Temps
Performing One (1) Person Transfers
Repositioning the Resident in Bed/Float Heels
Transferring a Resident to a Wheelchair using a Gait Belt
Using a Gait Belt to Assist with Ambulation
Oral Care/Denture Care (alert residents)
Providing a Bed Bath/Perineal/Catheter Care
Assisting the Resident with Getting Dressed
Assisting with Hearing Aids
Assisting the Resident to Bathroom or to use a Urinal (1 Person Assist)
Qualifications
No experience or specific education required. You must meet the following:
Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
