What You’ll Do
As a Visual Storytelling Production Intern, you’ll function as a junior creative producer, contributing across the full storytelling and content lifecycle—from field production to post‑production and distribution.
Field Production & Story Gathering
Document field stories.
Post-Production & Editing
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro for organic and paid media
Cut clips for social media, campaigns, and digital storytelling initiatives
Support video and audio recording, editing, and production workflows
Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on storytelling concepts and campaigns
Support content development for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling
Content & Project Management
Upload, organize, and maintain photo/video assets in digital libraries like Canto and Wistia
Assist with file management, tagging, and archival systems
Support project coordination and production logistics
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is not just technically capable, but deeply human in how they approach storytelling.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
Basic photo/video production skills (camera operation, framing, lighting)
Strong storytelling instincts and visual sensibility
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with documentary‑style storytelling, journalism, or social impact content
Familiarity with audio recording/editing tools
Spanish language proficiency (a strong plus!)
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
Outgoing and comfortable engaging with diverse communities
Empathetic, respectful, and committed to telling stories with dignity
Curious, proactive, and open to feedback
Organized and detail‑oriented
