Retail & Warehouse Associate
to support our Maui location, where we serve both industry professionals and the general public.
You’ll play a vital role in our daily operations—helping customers, maintaining our showroom and warehouse, and ensuring equipment and inventory are ready to go. Whether you're restocking shelves or supporting sales, no two days are the same.
About Us
We’re a one‑stop shop for all things surface care and restoration—from carpets and tile to epoxy coatings and abatement. Our retail and rental operations offer high‑quality chemicals, equipment, and expertise to both contractors and DIY customers.
What You’ll Do
Keep the retail showroom and warehouse neat, organized, and fully stocked.
Support customers with product recommendations, equipment loading/unloading, and general assistance.
Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.
Maintain the cleanliness of rental equipment and facility (bathrooms, windows, carpet, trash, etc.).
Assist in inventory counts and inform management of stock levels.
Perform product demonstrations for customers.
Deliver and pick up equipment or inventory as needed.
Professionally handle incoming calls and assist with errands or administrative needs.
Build lasting customer relationships and assist with internal and external sales.
Support training workshops, seminars, and other retail events.
Maintain company fleet (oil changes, safety checks, etc.).
Perform additional duties to support team operations.
What You’ll Use
Forklift (experience preferred, but we’ll train!)
Rental equipment (floor machines, grinders, pressure washers, etc.)
Power and hand tools
Company vehicles
POS systems, computers, and iPads
What You Bring
Valid driver’s license in good standing
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in retail/warehouse roles is a plus—but not required
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Great communication and people skills
A clean, professional appearance (uniform shirt provided)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, kneel and bend for extended periods of time
Physical stamina and manual dexterity

Pay
$20 - 25/hour, depending on experience
