This is an instructional paraprofessional position who will work with children assigned in Content Mastery, Resource and Inclusion.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Associate’s degree or at least 48 hours of college coursework completed (an unofficial college transcript will be required prior to hiring)
Valid Texas educational aide certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to communicate effectively
Knowledge of general office equipment
Some college hours in core subject area preferred
Experience:
Some experience working with children
Bilingual preferred
Salary
Starting Salary Range: $22,440 - $32,269
2024/2025 Compensation Plan
Work Calendar: 187 Days
Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.
Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
