Role Summary
Purpose
To orchestrate the client journey by integrating high-touch hospitality with high-tech administrative systems, ensuring seamless salon operations in a post-AI Act regulatory landscape.
Impact
This role is the primary guardian of the brand's digital and physical first impression, directly influencing client retention and operational efficiency through optimized AI resource allocation.
Team Structure
Part of the Front-of-House team, collaborating closely with 12 Stylists, 2 Medical Estheticians, and a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Reports To
Reports to the Salon Operations Manager.
Working Conditions
Travel Required: 5%
Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, including two Saturdays per month.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain stationary at a high-touch reception hub for extended periods.
High visual acuity for monitoring multiple digital dashboards simultaneously.
