What you will do (Responsibilities)
Clean and maintain hotel rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Vacuum, change linens, clean bathrooms, and perform other daily housekeeping tasks to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and communicate issues to the appropriate staff.
Assist guests by providing linens, towels, and other amenities as requested.
Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and proactive “+1 Service” attitude.
Support hotel operations, including laundry functions and public space cleaning when needed.
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by hotel schedule.
Compensation
Competitive starting hourly pay (starting at $17.15). Pay may be higher based on experience, skills, and education.
Quarterly bonuses up to $3,200/year based on hotel results.
Requirements
No previous cleaning experience required.
High school diploma equivalent: completion of 2 years of high school or its equivalent.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions independently.
Ability to work without direct supervision.
Ability to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.
Physical requirements: walk, stand, lift, push, reach, stretch over the shift; occasional standing for entire shift.
Qualifications (English)

Strong work ethic and reliability.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and cleanliness expertise.
