Miami, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access activity, provide outstanding customer service, and communicate with professionalism while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.
Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with post orders.
Support daily property operations by assisting with routine security‑related checks, providing directions and information, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
A guard card and/or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
