CPR / First Aid (Adult & Pediatric with AED)
Pay
$25 per student per class (2-hour class)
Maximum of 12 students per class
For example, a full class of 12 students =
$300 per class
Classes are typically 2 hours in length. Total earnings per class depend on enrollment.
Position Overview
Cascade Enrichment is seeking dependable and engaging CPR Instructors to lead
American Red Cross–aligned CPR/First Aid classes
for community members. Instructors will teach small group classes at our Snoqualmie Learning Center, helping participants gain life‑saving skills in a clear, supportive, and hands‑on environment.
Cascade Enrichment provides the space, equipment, marketing, registration, and administrative support so instructors can focus on teaching high‑quality classes.
Responsibilities
Lead CPR/First Aid (Adult & Pediatric with AED) classes using Red Cross curriculum
Provide clear, engaging, and hands‑on instruction to participants
Ensure all safety and certification requirements are followed
Set up and clean up materials before and after each class (manikins, AED trainers, etc.)
Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
Start and end classes on time
Communicate professionally with staff and participants as needed
Maintain accurate attendance and course completion records
Follow Cascade Enrichment and Red Cross guidelines and expectations
Scheduling
Instructors provide availability for classes (primarily evenings and weekends)
Classes are scheduled based on enrollment
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain instructor certification through Cascade Enrichment)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable leading small groups
Reliable and professional
Ability to pass a background check
Competitive, performance‑based pay
All marketing, registration, and payment handling managed by our team
Access to fully equipped classroom (manikins, AED trainers, etc.)
Administrative support so you can focus on teaching
Opportunity to build teaching experience and work with the community
Additional Information
Cascade Enrichment can sponsor
American Red Cross instructor certification ($350 value)
for qualified candidates. Instructors are expected to teach a minimum number of students within their first year (outlined in a simple agreement).
