Job Description
As a Public Space Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of our hotel's public areas. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all common spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and meeting rooms, are kept pristine and welcoming for our guests.
Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance
Clean and sanitize public restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in public areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces.
Empty trash cans and ashtrays regularly.
Restock supplies in restrooms and other public areas.
Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
Spot clean carpets and upholstery.
Guest Service
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with inquiries and requests as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
Other Duties
Follow all hotel policies and procedures.
Adhere to safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
