If you have nursing experience in health care, consider becoming a Certified Nurse Aide Instructor and/or Certified Medication Aide instructor for Barton Community College. Teaching may be in classroom or clinical instruction, including online or on‑location classes in various towns. Adjunct faculty positions (CNA/CMA) are available in Manhattan or Junction City.
Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse (RN) for at least two years.
Preference for at least one year of experience in long‑term care.
Teaching experience is preferred.
Compensation
Adjunct faculty are paid $660 per credit hour. Those teaching fully online courses receive an additional $150 per credit hour.
