What You’ll Do
Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles
Diagnose structural and cosmetic damage accurately
Work with modern equipment in a clean, updated facility
Collaborate with estimators and team members to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain safety and quality standards in a union shop environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in collision repair (OEM certification a plus)
I-CAR Gold Class / Gold Preferred certification strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
