**Employment Type:** Full-TimeHPE Networking is accelerating its leadership in **Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)**, **Zero Trust security**, and **cloud-delivered networking**. We are seeking a **Software Project Manager** with a strong track record of delivering complex software programs to join our SASE & Security organization.* **Lead full lifecycle delivery** of SASE and security software features, including planning, execution, risk management, validation, and deployment.* **Drive Agile/Scrum practices** across distributed engineering teams, facilitating standups, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.* **Partner closely with Product Management** to translate SASE/security product requirements into detailed plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.* **Manage cross-team dependencies** across Mist cloud services, documentation, support, and development teams.* **Develop and maintain project artifacts**—roadmaps, schedules, risk plans, dashboards, release plans, and customer-impact assessments.* **Proactively identify program risks** related to architecture, cloud scalability, compliance, and security posture—driving mitigation plans to closure.* **Support secure release management**, ensuring high availability, high reliability, and compliance with security best practices.* **Champion continuous improvement** in processes, communication, tooling, and Agile execution across the SASE & Security teams.* **7–10 years** of software project or program management experience, with a consistent record of delivering complex software initiatives to completion.* Demonstrated success managing **cloud-based, security, or networking** software programs.* Strong, practical understanding of **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and hands‐on experience driving distributed Scrum teams.* Deep understanding of the **full SDLC**, from architecture through delivery and post-release support.* Experience in one or more relevant domains:

+ **SASE services**, identity, or security policy enforcement

+ **Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)**
