Overview
Cocktail Server. A Cocktail Server is a key member of our hospitality staff. This position contributes to the overall guest experience by providing excellent service and creating a positive atmosphere. Responsibilities
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner; take and deliver drink orders promptly and accurately while providing recommendations on specialty cocktails and other beverages
Engage with customers, anticipating their needs and preferences
Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders
Verify guest identification for age-restricted purchases
Maintain a clean and organized work area; monitor and restock supplies as needed
Collaborate with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth service
Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill guest requests
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service
Posted Salary Range: USD $12.00 - USD $12.00 /Hr.
