Overview
Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guest’s needs while preparing perfect beverages per specifications in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.
Responsibilities
Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well‑run shift by proper preparation
Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
Qualifications
Bartending experience in a hotel or related setting
Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
Effective communication skills
Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
Team Player with a guest first attitude
Minimum age of 21 years old
