Role Summary
Cart Attendants ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They gather carts from the parking lot, operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, and maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the shopping carts. Requires a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Gather and move shopping carts from the parking lot to the store using equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of shopping carts and store areas.
Provide excellent customer service: greet, thank, and assist customers.
Multi-task by scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, counting cash back, and keeping the area clean.
Assist other associates and maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills and positive attitude.
Ability to stand for long periods and move carts.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ready to work scheduled shifts, including evenings and weekends.
