Advanced Stress Analysis

Lead static, dynamic, and fatigue analyses using linear and non linear solutions in SiemensNX.

Develop and validate high‑fidelity FEM models (meshing strategy, material definition, boundary conditions).

Perform load‑case generation and factor‑of‑safety assessment for critical structures.

Design Integration & Trade Studies

Translate system‑level requirements into detailed stress‑analysis specifications.

Provide design‑size recommendations, reinforcement concepts, and material substitutions to meet weight‑strength targets.

Participate in multidisciplinary trade studies (structure‑thermal, structure‑propulsion, etc.).

Verification & Validation

Define test‑article requirements, instrumentation layout, and test procedures for ground‑test and flight‑test campaigns.

Correlate test data with analytical predictions, update models, and document discrepancies.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Own one or more analysis work‑packages from concept through release.

Review and provide constructive feedback on models, reports, and deliverables.

Documentation & Reporting

Produce clear, concise analysis reports, design briefs, and risk‑mitigation packages.

Maintain configuration‑controlled analysis files.

Present findings at design reviews (DDRs, CDRs, PDRs).

Continuous Improvement

Evaluate emerging analysis methods, software updates, and industry best practices.

Contribute to internal technical standards, templates, and lessons‑learned databases.
