Job Summary
This role oversees the strategic direction, governance, and full lifecycle management of the company’s software applications (including artificial intelligence initiatives) while driving innovation and business opportunities. It serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring technology investments deliver maximum return on investment, foster innovation, and comply with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain an applications portfolio (including SaaS and legacy systems) to identify redundancies, improve utilization, and drive cost efficiencies.
Ensure the application portfolio aligns with business objectives and technology standards while adhering to NFL, Packers, and industry compliance standards.
Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of applications, from evaluation and procurement through deployment, maintenance, and retirement, ensuring performance, security, and technical sustainability.
Lead vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service‑level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost‑effective delivery and measurable business value.
Define and execute the organization’s AI roadmap (including tools such as M365 Copilot, generative‑AI platforms, and chatbots) that align initiatives with business goals to drive innovation, productivity and ROI.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, adoption rates, and value realization, providing clear insights to executive leadership.
Work with Legal, HR and IT to establish application/AI ethical standards, data privacy, risk‑management policies, and regulatory compliance.
Lead ideation sessions with internal business units to foster creativity and drive adoption of new technologies and practices.
Partner with IT, Finance, Legal, and business units to ensure technology initiatives are strategically aligned, financially sound, and operationally integrated.
Provide technical guidance in assessing solutions and integrating new technologies and platforms.
Build, mentor, and lead cross‑functional teams, develop new capabilities, and embed innovative practices into the organization’s culture.
Qualifications
BA in Computer Science, Applications Management or equivalent.
Five years minimum experience leading application or AI initiatives.
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, cybersecurity, and industry compliance.
Ability to understand business needs and align innovation/applications with business goals.
Strong cross‑functional leadership skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Operates in a professional office environment.
Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Travel
This position does not require travel.

This position will have supervisory responsibilities.
