Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Trade Surveillance - Business Execution Consultant to join their team. As a Trade Surveillance - Business Execution Consultant, you will be part of the CIB Markets Control Department supporting the Global Trade Surveillance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support the development and deployment of trade surveillance controls across various financial products including fixed income, FX, commodities, and equities.
Collaborate with risk owners, technology teams, and surveillance product management to enhance surveillance capabilities.
Perform manual and automated trade surveillance activities to identify market abuse behaviors.
Participate in risk assessments, parameter setting, and review of daily alerts related to trade activities.
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening market conduct and risk mitigation frameworks.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in risk management, trade surveillance, compliance, or related fields.
Extensive knowledge of financial products and trade surveillance scenario design.
Proficiency with rule-based and risk-based surveillance tools such as Actimize.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy, along with professionalism and adaptability.
